We are pleased to present our 2009 Tampa Chapter Analyst of the Year, Bill Clement from TECO. Bill will now compete at the regional level and if selected will go to Orlando to compete nationally at the HDI 2010 Annual Conference. Congratulations Bill!

TECO Energy’s Information Technology Service Desk team won the 2009 HDI Internal Team Excellence Award, an honor from the largest association for technical service and support professionals worldwide. The Service Desk beat out colleagues from Riverwoods, Ill.-based Discover Financial Services and Houston, Texas-based Memorial Hermann Healthcare, the largest hospital system in Texas. HDI Internal Team Excellence recognizes the service desk team that maintains the highest standards in technical support. HDI officials announced the award at their Annual Conference & Expo in Las Vegas.

B Virtual Inc. and the Southeast Region of HDI celebrate atop Mandalay Bay!

Sponsoring the Southeast Analyst of the Year award, B Virtual Inc. celebrated with the rest of the its Southeast Region members at the Mix Lounge at Mandalay bay on April 6th. The event, held during the HDI annual conference in Las Vegas, NV, was to recognize Matt Brunson for Southeast Support Analyst of the year, and Jeff Brooks as Southeast Officer of the Year. Attended by over 80 Southeast chapter members the event was a huge success. Congratulations to Matt and Jeff for their outstanding performance and commitment to the support industry!
